The course will focus on the basics of throwing on the wheel- wedging clay, centering, and making small cylinders and bowls. Students will also learn to trim and the basics of glazing. No experience necessary, small classes.
The instructor will teach in English
Classes are for ages 16+ or 13+ with an adult taking the class with them.

6 pm-9 pm (3 hour class)
Our 6-week Intermediate level Wheel Throwing Class will build upon the techniques learned in the beginner centering, shaping the clay, and pulling the clay walls. New techniques and shapes will be taught like plates and lidded vessels along with new decoration techniques.
15 lbs. Clay is included in the course fee.
The teacher is bilingual
demos are taught in one language to save time, but individual questions and coaching can be in either French or English, taught by Alison @lonesomejugpottery
prerequisite required - minimum beginner class, min 6 weeks, taken in the last 2 years.

Our 6-week to pottery course is open to all levels.
We will begin by strengthening the basics of wheel throwing— centering, making cylinders and bowls. With a solid foundation, we will work toward individual goals set by each student. More experienced students can explore larger forms and personal projects. Bring your inspiration and aspirations!

SEPTEMBER 18th - Hand built cauldron

This 3-hour workshop introduces participants to the basics of handbuilding (pinch-pot and coil-building techniques).
Discover your inner magic and hand-craft your very own ceramic cauldron, just in time for spooky season!
Design, shape and decorate your piece, then leave the firing and glazing up to us. One piece per person. One glaze colour per piece.
This workshop is for all levels.
Warm herbal tea served in handmade mugs included
Pieces will be ready to pick up in 2-3 weeks after the class
